Arrival & departure times:

Weekly stays from April to June and October to December: check-in from 16:00, check-out before 10:00 ; arrival day at your choice.
Weekly stays in July & August from Saturday to Saturday check-in from 16:00, check-out before 10:00
 
Inventory & cleaning:is 
For each premises, an inventory of the furniture is delivered upon arrival. The cleaning is included for a value of € 50 fee (cottage) or € 70 (house). 

Rental agreement :
The rental agreement is provided directly by us.
A deposit of 50 % of the total price must be paid when signing the contract. The balance of the payment has to be paid one month prior to arrival. 
The contract commits both parties irrevocably.
 

Methods of payment :
Payment by bank transfer. Cash required for the tourist tax if paid locally.

Pool :

The outdoor swimming pool (11 meters by 5) is open from April 1st to October 10 and is for the exclusive use of our guests. It has a rolling shutter in accordance with safety requirements. The pool’s heat pump ensures the water temperature stays linked to the air temperature.
